The Epikur Class

Choose a paid apprenticeship contract with immersive training combining theory and practice:

80% of the time in the company, 20% in the training center.

You will learn in real-life conditions, supervised by industry professionals and passionate trainers.

The courses take place on high-quality technical platforms at the Lycée Marlioz in Aix-les-Bains.

A real opportunity to train yourself in a practical way and reveal your potential!

Teaching provided by UMIH FORMATION , leader in continuing professional training in the hotel and catering industry, ISA and QUALIOPI certified.

The Epikur Class gives you the keys to lasting integration into the food industry.

Obtain a recognized professional title
Training courses

  • Dining room professions

Professional title: ROOM SERVICE

Barista Option – Level 3

Duration: 6 to 7 months

You will be trained in customer reception, order taking, service, set-up and cash collection.

  • Kitchen professions

Professional title: KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Level 3

Duration: 12 months

You will be trained in preparing ingredients, setting up, making simple dishes, respecting hygiene rules and maintaining the workstation.
